Clinicians today are under more and more pressure, while patient expectations have never been higher. In these circumstances, it’s no surprise that an increasing number of dental professionals are being hit by burnout.
It’s a terrible thing to experience, but burnout also has an impact on your dentolegal risk, and the safety of your patients.
Join Dr Suzy Jordache and Dr David Monaghan for a webinar designed to empower you to identify and manage this very real threat that clinicians face.
By the end of the webinar you will:
- learn more about the evidence around resilience, burnout and risk
- be able to recognise signs of burnout
- appreciate the need to respect individual and organisational resilience
- develop strategies for recovery.
Earn 1 hour of CPD
This webinar meets the criteria for the GDC development outcomes B and D.
